Deceptively Delicious Take 2

deceptively-delicious.jpg  Tonight we tried to make the Aloha Chicken Skewers. They were pretty good but very strong flavor with a little mushy consistency on the inside, the outside was crunchy. They were good don’t get me wrong but I am not sure if I would make them again. We served them with white rice which helped tame the flavor down. Plus J still wouldn’t eat them so what was the point. My mom and husband liked them, at least someone got their veggies tonight. Next I might try sneaking some veggies into his spaghetti. He loves spaghetti. If any of you would like the recipe I would be happy to supply you with it.

Overall rating: Both thumbs up and thumbs down. Wasn’t horrible. Wasn’t great.thumbs-up-down.jpg
