Disneyworld Here We Come!!!

I just booked a fantastic trip and got a great deal for Disneyworld. We are going during L’s 4th birthday. She is going to LOVE it!!! We are having lunch with Cinderella in her castle with the other princesses, with her very own birthday cake ON her acutal birthday. I fear it could be too much for the poor girl to take. They told me on the phone to make sure that she wears her favorite dress and stop by the customer service desk to get her special birthday button. We could pay for her to visit the Bippity Boppity Boo Salon before her lunch date but that could be a tad bit overboard, she hates getting her hair done and she absolutely hates makeup, all she likes are the dresses. At this point the poor girl can barely wait.

I really have researched this trip to the end of exhaustion (as I do everything in my life, ie: phones, cameras) and we have found a wonderful hotel (I hope) The Beach Club Villas. So if any of you out there have any tips or comments on the trip or hotel I would appreciate them all. I do have by my side the best book, in my opinion: Walt Disney World with Kids 2008. She lists everything from ride height to scare factors. I highly recommend this book for any other over planners.

Sure, we have heard from several families that this age isn’t the best time to go and they won’t remember but SO WHAT!!! Those of you who know me, know I take a bajillion pictures wherever I go and we are going to take the video camera too so she may not remember but she will be able to see what it was like.

I think I am more excited than my kids. I am still a kid at heart.
